a non-profit corporation created to identify individuals with diverse
backgrounds and experiences who demonstrate leadership talent and
community
commitment. Created in 1994, and
governed by a volunteer board, LEADERSHIP
MAHONING VALLEY
is on of more than 500 community leadership programs in the United States,
and is a member of
both the Community Leadership Association and the Ohio Association for
Community Leadership. LEADERSHIP MAHONING
VALLEY provides members
with a general
overview of the Mahoning
Valley and
the opportunity
for increased understanding of key community concepts.
